I just watched the movie and my overall rating out of 10 is 6.5.

The film is shot in Bahamas and first impression is brilliant visuals and underwater images only seen in NatGeo or Discovery channels. Thanks to Pete Zuccarini(cinematographer) for cool underwater shots. They are simply superb.
Rich cinematography and obviously rich movie (spent 100 cores).
Lara dutta was super hot in bikini. The very first song she showed a good amount of skin and was looking very sexy. First song was good and theres some good skin show from Lara dutta as well.

The main song Blue was also good. A.R.Rahman did a very nice job...as usual. The song blue is good and well directed. Underwater actions in this song are impressive.
Akshay Kumar also did his role very good.
The negatives of the movie also are many:
No proper story line. Theres a lot of build up of the secret with regard to "Lady in the blue" but poorly revealed. Some scenes are not connected properly.
Tough I liked the plot by Akshay, a complex plot by Akshay is not needed and not complimented by proper secret story.
Tough I am not expected much of Sanjay dutt, his acting is pathetic. Even Katrina Kaif is poor. Some skin show by Katrina Kaif also would have been good :-), but surprisingly her role is very small.
I felt they wasted money unnecessarily on Kylie Minogue for the song. That song is not good and also poor dance performance.
Fight sequences are good but I felt it should have been much better. Action sequences couldn't bring Adrenaline rush but a proper planning of action sequences would have made some Adrenaline rush. This movie was almost there, but some poor direction missed it.
Anthony D'souza being a firsttime director did his job well but overall there are many areas that are lacking and probably should have attempted to direct a low cost movie first.

Overall I say you can watch the movie once. Watch the movie for the exceptional cinematography and stunning visuals. Watch the movie for few songs and sexy looking Lara :-)
Don't wait to watch in DVD or small screen. Do watch in a large screen as you will enjoy the under water shots very much.
Tough you won't be bored of the movie, Don't expect too much from this.

I would rate 6.5 out of 10 and suggest people to watch once in a cinema hall for visuals but not for movie.
